Vicki has a passion for property - the list of projects she has marketed and sold is a roll call of major developments across Victoria: Beacon Cove, The Melburnian, Waverley Park, The Heath, Park Central, SY21, Docklands, 401 St Kilda Road, Saint Falls to name a few.Commencing her career in Property Management with Hayden Real Estate and Bennison Mackinnon Vicki then became Project Marketing Manager with Rand Corporation, the first company set up to market developments along St Kilda Road.It was in this arena that Vicki found her passion as the conduit between the developer and the project sales team. “The last thing a developer wants to do, or has the skills for, is running the sales team and getting the best results out of them.” Vicki is adamant the key is good communication - informing both buyers and sellers what’s happening in the market.In the 1990's Mirvac convinced Vicki to establish an in-house sales and marketing team. A role that was passionately performed for almost 10 years and with over a billion dollars of real estate sales under her belt Vicki decided once again to broaden her knowledge of the industry.In her new venture Vicki set up W2 a property marketing and sales business as well as Space Advertising specialising in the advertising and marketing of property. W2 has been contracted to market many developments including Martha Cove, Sandyhill and Infinity, whilst Space at the same time assisted agents with their property marketing and sales. Over the past couple of years has contracted to Briner, the largest producer of real estate signs as their Business Development Manager.

Susan commenced her real estate career in Adelaide in the 1980’s and has expanded her knowledge in all facets of property over several decades. Susan established herself in he City based Head Office of Raine & Horne in South Australia and was quickly spotted by Adelaide’s most prestigious boutique agency Bernard H Booth Real Estate were she soon became one of their top performers.After moving to Melbourne in 2001 Susan quickly become recognised as a proven project marketing agent selling projects such as The Melburnian, Waverley Park, The Heath and SY21 in South Yarra.
