Stirling & Young will then supervise the selected agent ensuring that all transactions and communication are managed in a meaningful manner. Stirling & Young manage the strategy, program, communications, legals, marketing, negotiations, contracts, and ensure costs are controlled and that the agent diligently performs their duty.
When purchasing Stirling & Young negotiate the fee with the client which is between 1% and 2% depending on the acquisition price and the client’s objectives. When selling in most cases Stirling & Young’s fee will be negotiated with the selected agent meaning the selected agents pays Stirling & Young to assist in the sale of your property not YOU.
Stirling & Young’s expertise in management of dressing the property for sale is remunerated at 7.5% of the project cost. This fee will in most instances be off set with savings gained through existing networks and trade cost savings.
